Jeff Hardy....Kind Of

This is supposed to be Jeff Hardy from back when he was in WWE. The actual picture that this is is in the September 2009 issue of the WWE magazine on pg. 51. It's not a very good picture as I drew it and then scanned it onto the computer and coloured it using paintshop pro. Please tell me what you think......
